Allison CzarniakBranch Manager, Ridgeway
With a long career in banking and finance, Allison leads the Ridgeway Office team as Branch Manager. Of her 15+ years’ experience, a majority of that time has been within branch leadership roles. She began her ESL tenure in 2014 as an Assistant Branch Manager and was later named Senior Assistant Branch Manager. In 2021, she was promoted to Branch Manager where she oversaw the transition to the Lake Avenue Office and moved to the Ridgeway branch in 2023. Her responsibilities include the oversight of branch operations, including oversight over loans and deposits, cash management, compliance, and the management of staff.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. John Fisher College, and actively volunteers her time with the Edgerton Area Neighborhood Association. When not leading an ESL branch team, Allison enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
