Mark HermanSenior Branch Manager, Twelve Corners
Mark joined ESL as Branch Manager of our Penfield Office in 2007, after serving in a similar management capacity at Citizens Bank. In 2010, he transferred to Branch Manager of our Pittsford location, and, in 2017, Mark transferred to Senior Branch Manager of our Twelve Corners Office. In this leadership post, Mark directs branch operations, including loan and deposit, cash management, compliance policies, and the management and coaching of branch personnel. He also ensures that his branch consistently delivers a superior experience to our customers and employees alike.
Mark has a variety of interests outside of his professional life at ESL, including serving as a member of both the Victor and Pittsford Chambers of Commerce. He also volunteers his time and talent at his daughter’s basketball and cheerleading events. And Mark recently discovered he enjoys skiing as another form of fun physical activity.
