Courtney AltavelaBranch Manager, Canandaigua
Courtney’s retail banking experience stretches more than a dozen years. She first joined ESL as a Relationship Banker in 2014 and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2017 and Branch Manager in 2022. As Branch Manager of the Canandaigua branch team, Courtney oversees branch operations, including loan and deposit activity, and staff coaching to ensure superior experiences for all customers.
Courtney holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College. When not assisting customers at the branch, Courtney can often be found enjoying time with her family at the lake—boating, sailing, or fishing.
