Francene AlexanderBranch Manager, Cobblestone
Francene joined ESL in 2014 after serving in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Her experience includes over 15 years of branch management experience with HSBC Bank U.S.A, N.A. and First Niagara, N.A. Most recently, Francene worked as a branch manager at First Niagara. In her ESL management position, she oversees branch operations at our Cobblestone office, including loan and deposit, cash management, compliance policies, and the management and coaching of branch personnel. She also ensures that her branch consistently delivers a superior experience to our customers and employees alike. Outside of her busy career at ESL, Francene is devoted to her family, raising three daughters alongside her husband.
