Yadira has spent more than a decade in the banking industry, with numerous years of branch management and branch leadership experience. As Branch Manager of the ESL Brighton-Henrietta Office, Yadira leads the oversight and development of the ESL branch team, including operations, coaching, loans, and deposits. She also works to ensure that the branch consistently delivers a superior experience.
