Here’s how to get started with TEL-E$L
- Just call 585.336.1000 or 800.848.2265.
- Press 2 for TEL-E$L.
- Follow the voice prompts or enter the menu code for the service you want.
Access your ESL accounts
- For personal accounts, enter your member number followed by the # key.
- For business accounts, enter your business account number followed by the # key.
- Enter your TEL-E$L PIN followed by the # key.
And remember. If you don’t know your TEL-E$L PIN, just call us at 585.336.1000 or 800.848.2265. An ESL representative will give you a PIN you can use. You can change it later whenever you want.
