Patty started her career at ESL in 2013 as a Member Service Representative and was quickly promoted to roles of Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager at several ESL offices, and most recently with the Mt. Read team. Prior to ESL, Patty worked with the JCPenney Company for 25 years in a variety of management roles, bringing with her a remarkable customer service focused initiative. Patty has demonstrated her incredible management skills by building strong member relationships and providing her team with the tools to ensure a positive customer experience. As District Manager, Patty works to ensure a superior experience for customers and employees within the eight ESL branches within the Central district.
Patty is the chairperson for the ESL employee resource group, People with Disabilities. In her spare time, Patty volunteers her time with The Young CEO Program. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family at their cottage on Seneca Lake.
