Jana VelazquezBranch Manager, Lake Avenue
Jana has been a long-time member of the ESL retail banking team. She first joined ESL in 2007 as a Teller at the Irondequoit Office and has since held roles at all levels of the branch system including Member Associate, Relationship Banker, and Assistant Branch Manager. Her extensive experience allows her to ensure a superior customer experience for all members. Jana also is responsible for the oversight of branch operations, including oversight over loans and deposits, cash management, compliance, and the management of staff.
Away from the branch, Jana is a strong believer in the importance of grounding time and takes ample opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends.
