Sharon MaleyManager, Contact Center
In her role as Manager, ESL Contact Center, Sharon’s responsibilities include oversight of Contact Center operations, including loan and deposit, compliance policies, and the management and coaching of Contact Center personnel. Since joining ESL in 1998, Sharon has been successful in a variety of customer support and service roles. She spent ten years as the Contact Center’s Operations and Analysis Manager, and her most recent position was Manager, ESL Fraud Prevention. The combination of these experiences serves to make Sharon a unique asset as the leader for this important customer service team. Sharon is a board member/treasurer of Gates Chili Color Guard Parents, Inc., and a board member of Young American Patriots Drum Corp, Inc. She resides in Gates with her husband and three children.
