After gaining branch and management-level experience at KeyBank offices in the Cleveland and Buffalo markets, ESL recruited Andrea to manage our teller staff as Assistant Branch Manager when we opened our Batavia Office in August 2010. Four years later, Andrea was promoted to Branch Manager at our Geneseo Office. Today, she directs branch operations at our Chili Office, including loan and deposit, cash management, compliance policies, and the management and coaching of branch personnel. In addition, she ensures that her branch consistently delivers a superior experience to our customers and employees alike. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and leading an active lifestyle—conditioning via cross training and cycling.
