Adelina SantiagoBranch Manager, Culver Ridge
Adelina (Addy) first joined the ESL team in 2022 bringing more than 20 years of management experience. She’s held numerous banking positions in her career, including Relationship Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, and Customer Call Center Manager. As Branch Manager of the ESL Culver Ridge Office, Addy works to ensure everyone interacting with the Culver Ridge staff receives a superior experience. Her management oversight includes branch operations, loans and deposits, as well as staff development and coaching.
Addy actively volunteers with Latinas Unidas and previously assisted with Girl Scouts of Western NY. Outside of the branch, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to different islands and the Dominican Republic.
