Chris Affronti-MelnykBranch Manager, Merchants Walk
Chris has spent more than a decade in the banking industry and with ESL. He first started with the company in 2010 as a Teller and received progressively new roles and responsibilities through the years including the positions of Senior Teller, Relationship Banker and Assistant Branch Manager. As Branch Manager of the ESL Merchants Walk Office, Chris works to ensure that the branch consistently delivers a superior experience to customers and employees alike. This includes oversight and development of the ESL branch team, operations, coaching, loans, and deposits.
Additionally, Chris holds his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College. His dedication to helping the Rochester community thrive has also been demonstrated as a recent CASH Coach volunteer, providing financial coaching to help participants reach their goals.
