Tina M. Knapp, CPASenior VP, Chief Financial Officer
Tina joined ESL in 2012 as Controller bringing almost 20 years of experience in financial services. She has also held roles as Vice President and Senior Vice President/Director, Payments and Branch Service Support where she oversaw the credit union’s electronic services (i.e., debit and credit card operations, wire transfers, ACH, and ATM performance); deposit and loan product support including check processing, statement production, and research; as well as fraud prevention and investigation. In 2025 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer where she oversees the accounting and treasury teams for the organization.
Tina is a board member and current Treasurer/Secretary with the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha) a Leadership Rochester graduate, and has served as former Treasurer on the board of the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester. She also is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and New York State Society of CPAs. Tina graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Accounting, and M.S. in Finance.
