Calvin CurticeVP/Director, Product Development & Management
Cal is a seasoned product management leader with more than 14 years’ experience in the industry. He first joined the ESL team in 2021 and was promoted to Vice President/Director, Product Development & Management in 2025. In this role, Cal drives the development of innovative product and pricing solutions designed to help ESL members to meet their financial goals. With a member-focused approach, the team is committed to ensuring every product and solution has the members’ needs in mind.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Imaging and Photographic Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Away from the office, he volunteers his time as Council Chairperson with the New York State Council of Trout Unlimited.
