Jamie CicconeVP/Director, Loan & Deposit Operations
Jamie first joined the ESL team in 2001 and spent five years working in our branches and Contact Center, before moving to a support role within the ESL Help Desk, and then Manager, Member Service Support for more than 15 years. Her commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement has helped align operating activities with the credit union’s commitment to superior customer experiences. In 2025, Jamie was promoted to Vice President/Director, Loan & Deposit Operations where she oversees Card & ATM, Deposit Operations, Loan Servicing, Member Service Support, and Payment Operations at ESL. Collectively, she helps to ensure that ESL continues to deliver superior experiences through excellence in member service and operational efficiency. Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Empire State University.
