Caytie BowserSenior VP/Director, Product & Delivery
Caytie has held a variety of roles in her more than 20-year tenure at ESL, including positions in Market Research and Product Management, and most recently as SVP/Director, Product Development & Management. As SVP/Director, Product & Delivery, Caytie is responsible for the effective development and management of ESL’s product and service portfolios and ensuring ESL operations provide a consistently superior customer experience. These duties also include oversight of product and customer journey design, advancing member engagement with our digital products and services, financial wellness, and marketing. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Caytie is a 2017 alumni of Leadership Rochester and has previously served as a Financial Coach with the C.A.S.H. (Creating Assets, Savings & Hope) Coach Program.
Outside of the office, Caytie sits on the boards of The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester and Causewave Community Partners.
