Caytie BowserSenior VP/Director, Product & Customer Experience
Caytie has held a variety of roles in her more than 20-year tenure at ESL, including positions in Market Research and Product Management, and most recently as VP/Director, Product Development & Management. As SVP/Director, Product & Customer Experience, Caytie is responsible for the effective development and management of ESL’s product and service portfolios and ensuring ESL operations provide a consistently superior customer experience. These duties include oversight of product and customer journey design, advancing member engagement with our digital products and services, and financial wellness. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Caytie is a 2017 alumni of Leadership Rochester and has previously served as a Financial Coach with the C.A.S.H. (Creating Assets, Savings & Hope) Coach Program.
Outside of the office, Caytie sits on the boards of Bivona Child Advocacy Center and Causewave Community Partners.
