Jennifer B. ShoemakerSenior VP/Director, Corporate Strategy & Analytics
Since beginning her career at ESL in 2004, Jenn has taken on a variety of leadership roles throughout the organization, including Manager, Business Product Portfolio and Market Intelligence, VP/Director, Market & Business Intelligence, and VP/Director Corporate Strategy & Analytics. In her role as SVP, Jenn oversees the corporate strategy, market and business intelligence, and business methods teams at ESL. Her leadership over these critical areas enable enhancements in process management, data analysis and drive strategic results across the organization.
Outside of ESL, Jenn gives back to her community by serving as board chair for The East House Foundation. She graduated from Nazareth College with a B.S. in Business Administration and is an alum of the 2020 Leadership Rochester program.
