ESL first welcomed Mike in 2016 as Retail Banking Sales Coach. In 2018, he assumed the role of District Manager, with oversight over the recruitment, management, and retention of talented Mangers, Relationship Bankers, and Tellers for ESL’s eastern branch district. In 2021, as ESL increased our digital offerings, Mike rose to the position of Vice President/Director, Digital Engagement. In this role, he was responsible for advancing member engagement with our digital products and services. This includes working with all member-facing teams to incorporate digital tools and services into the exceptional experience our members have come to expect. Today, Mike serves as VP/Director, Branch & Contact Center to oversee retail banking operations for ESL’s [current branch count]-branch network and locally based Contact Center.
Mike graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in business administration. He also is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School.
Outside of the office, Mike serves on the board of directors with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Rochester, and also volunteers his time with the Willie Bee Foundation, and Foodlink. He also enjoys golfing, kayaking, or riding bikes with his family.
