Richard G. Pulvino, APRVP/Director, Marketing
Rich began his ESL career in 2015 as Social Media Manager and held the role of Manager, Corporate Communications and Social Media before being promoted to Vice President in 2022. As Vice President/Director of Marketing, Rich oversees advertising, customer communications, and corporate communications functions for the organization. This includes creating, delivering, and managing content across a mix of traditional and new media channels to support ESL’s brand, reputation, and business promotion. Additionally, he serves as the primary contact for media inquiries and as ESL’s corporate spokesperson. Prior to joining ESL, Rich worked in digital marketing for a medical imaging company, and on the public relations team at an integrated marketing agency serving clients in the financial services, IT, and telecommunications space.
Rich holds dual bachelor’s degrees in English and Communication from SUNY Geneseo, and a master’s in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He also earned his Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America in 2020. Rich currently serves on the boards of the Rochester Education Foundation and The Hub 585, and he previously served as a board member of the Rochester Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the American Advertising Federation of Greater Rochester.
