Carly GaudinoBusiness Banking Team Leader
Carly began her career at ESL in 2014 as a Teller and quickly moved on to the roles of Credit Analyst and Business Banking Relationship Manager. As a Business Banking Team Leader, Carly oversees ESL Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager associates in addition to her work collaborating with businesses to identify needs and provide financial solutions to assist with their growth.
Carly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo and has used her experience at ESL and beyond to build the skills necessary to provide local businesses, including existing and prospective ESL customers, the support they need. Outside of building a strong career at ESL, Carly enjoys making chocolate and crafting; and staying active with volleyball, cycling, and hiking. She is also a member of the Rochester Women's Council, Rochester Young Professionals, and Rochester Women’s Network.
