Carla’s more than 20 years of banking and small business experience lends her as an excellent resource to ESL clients. Prior to joining ESL, she spent more than a decade with New York State Small Business Development Center assisting small businesses with their business needs. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, Carla is charged with identifying, developing, and managing loan, deposit, and other services to the Greater Rochester business community.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Empire State College and a Master’s in Communication from the State University of New York at Brockport. Dedicated to giving back to her community, Carla serves as the President of the Gates Public Library Board of Trustees, Vice President and Business in the Spotlight Committee Chair of Gates Chili Chamber of Commerce, as well as an active membership with Rochester Professional Consultants Network and Toastmasters.
