With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jena helps clients develop long-term strategies for many financial and investment goals. Jena started her ESL career in 2010 and held many positions including Teller, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, and most recently, Sales Assistant. As a Financial Consultant, Jena assists customers in planning for major financial events such as college expenses, retirement income, and insurance needs.
She holds an Associate’s in Business Administration from Monroe Community College and has earned her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) industry certification. Outside the office, she enjoys boating on Lake Ontario and spending time on the beach.
