Welcoming our 2021 Class of ESL/MCC Scholars

ESL is committed to developing, promoting, and retaining a talented, diverse workforce. One of the ways we deliver on that commitment is by investing in educational and career opportunities for a select group of students. Each year since 2017, ESL has partnered with Monroe Community College (MCC) to provide students with real-world insights into a career in banking.

In 2021, we welcomed five outstanding students to the ESL team through the ESL/MCC Scholars program. Each of them has been assigned a part-time paid position to gain hands-on professional banking experience and a scholarship to support their education.
