Starting May 5, 2025, home equity loan statements are moving online, through ESL Mobile and Online Banking.
If you already receive your account statements online, you will automatically receive your home equity loan online as well.
If you would like to continue receiving your home equity loan statements in the mail, you will need to log into ESL Mobile or Online Banking and opt out of receiving paperless statements. If you choose to opt out of paperless statements this will opt you out of all paperless statements, and you will receive all your ESL account statements in the mail moving forward.
Go Paperless!
Now is a great time to go paperless! If you’re not already enrolled in online statements, you may do so by simply navigating to:
- ‘Account Statements’ in the More menu of the Mobile app and select the option to receive paperless statements or
- Member Center > Statements within Online Banking and select the option to receive paperless statements.
