Melanie has always been a giver — as a labor and delivery nurse, a social worker, and a loving parent to four daughters. In 2016, she moved from Syracuse to the Rochester area to be closer to her youngest daughter who encouraged Melanie to switch from her fee-focused national bank to people-focused ESL.

Now retired, she’s able to focus on crafting, quilting and keeping up with her 11 grandchildren.
