As a Community Lending Administrator, Raul supports the operations, processes, and reporting for numerous first-time homebuyer programs at ESL, including the ESL First-Time Homebuyer Grant and Homebuyer Dream Program. He closely monitors customer progress toward grant requirements to assist with their homebuying aspirations. Additionally, Raul works closely with key housing agency partners throughout the Greater Rochester region to continue delivering homebuyer solutions to eligible homebuyers.
Raul holds a bachelor’s degree from the Roberts Wesleyan University. He is an active member of Faith Church in Brighton, including community outreaches and their music program. Away from the office, you may also find Raul out and about with his family, reading, writing, or enjoying a Peloton ride.
