Mr. Hern is the President and CEO of East Bay Ventures. His prior experience includes serving in multiple leadership capacities, including that of Co-CEO of Rochester Regional Health System, and President and CEO of Unity Health System. In addition to Mr. Hern’s professional career, he also serves on the boards of Center for Government Research, the Venture Jobs Foundation, and Enhanced Care MD and he is the founding chairman of the Academy of Health Science Charter School in Rochester.

Mr. Hern has an MBA, with a focus on finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
