Ms. Tolefree is the President of Baldwin Richardson Foods. She joined Baldwin Richardson in 2001 and has served in numerous senior management positions prior to taking her current role in 2020. In this role, Ms. Tolefree oversees the Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Innovation, Research, and Supply chain teams.
Ms. Tolefree recently completed her tenure as Board Chair for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester and serves as a Board Member for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Women’s Council. She joined the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council in 2016. Ms. Tolefree has been recognized as an Athena Young Professional Award Finalist, Rochester’s 40 Under Forty class, and in 2015 was featured by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle as a Woman to Watch. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Minor in Spanish from Spelman College.
