Applying for a Mortgage Online

ESL lends to all counties in New York State except for Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester Counties.

When applying online, you will be asked to create an account to start your mortgage application.

Creating an account is required prior to starting the application so we can electronically communicate with you during the online application process.

Once complete, a licensed mortgage originator will be in contact.
