Welcoming our 2022 Class of ESL/MCC Scholars

ESL is committed to developing, promoting, and retaining a talented, diverse workforce. One of the ways we deliver on that commitment is by investing in educational and career opportunities for a select group of students. Each year since 2017, ESL has partnered with Monroe Community College (MCC) to provide students with real-world insights into a career in banking.

In 2022, we welcomed two outstanding students to the ESL team through the ESL/MCC Scholars program. They each have been assigned a part-time paid position to gain hands-on professional banking experience and a scholarship to support their education. Learn more about the ESL class of 2022 in the bios below!
