And for employees interested in pursuing a career in this area, the Business Banking Relationship Manager Development Program provides a great opportunity to prepare for a career in this field. Employees who are selected for the program will spend 12-18 months developing a strong knowledge base in the areas of credit risk and administration, loan operations, and business banking sales and relationship management. Upon successful completion of the program, they will be promoted to Relationship Managers at ESL, ready to help our local small businesses thrive and prosper.
