The 2009 Rochester Chapter of the Credit Union Association of New York College Scholarship Winners!

Local high school credit union members and their families celebrated recently when the winners of the 2009 Rochester Chapter of the Credit Union Association of New York College Scholarship Awards were announced. ESL Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that five of the scholarship winners were ESL members.

This year, five of the 10 winners awarded from over 200 high school senior applicants are ESL members. Applicants were judged on their academic performance, community involvement, extracurricular activities, and essay responses. The awards banquet was held Wednesday, April 1st at the RIT INN & Conference Center - Henrietta.

And the ESL member winners are......

• Erik Faber - Victor High School
• Paul Garman - Webster Thomas High School
• Calla Goeke - Spencerport High School
• Kelsey Hill - Bryon-Bergen High School
• Brianna Vespone - Spencerport High School
