Important, Please Note:
Short Term Rate Lock Options
A 45 day rate lock option is currently unavailable. ESL's standard mortgage rate lock option is 60 days and there is no rate lock fee.
Counseling assistance is not available when applying online
If you need assistance in making a product selection, this may not be the best option for you. For personalized service call a Mortgage Originator who will offer to pre-qualify your application, assist in your product selection, and take your application by phone.
Product Selection
This site enables you to apply for many of our most popular mortgage products. However, not all of our programs are available through the online application. If you do not see a product that meets your needs please call a Mortgage Originator.
The Make Homes Affordable Loan Refinance program is not available through the online application process. If you are interested in this program please call a Mortgage Originator at 585.336.1502 or 800.352.6669 ext. 1502.
Membership
We will accept your application online even if you are not currently a member. However, all borrowers on the application will be asked to qualify for membership through one of our many member groups. Prior to your loan closing, you will be asked to open a qualifying account.
Application Deposit
In order to submit your application online you will be asked to pay a non-refundable application deposit of $544.00 from your credit card or an ESL account. This amount will be applied to your closing costs.
Do not use your business email address
Please provide us with your personal email address so you will receive a response regarding the success of your submission. Many workplaces are blocking personal email messages with text referencing mortgages.
